Concert Venue Websites, Ticketing & Apps with Real-Time Booking

A room with two hundred shows a year lives on repeat customers, and most venues cannot name them. The platform that sold the tickets can. The venue is left promoting to strangers on social media while its own regulars find out about shows by accident.

We build the venue's calendar, ticketing and app so that a fan who has been to three shows gets told about the fourth — and gets the door time, the set time and the parking note on their phone instead of in an email they never opened.

What goes wrong now, and what the fan never hears about.

01

Door and set times change and the venue relies on the fan to check the website again

Per-ticket fees on a $20 club show take a bigger share than the opener's guarantee

Real-time booking

Two ways to do it for concert venues & music halls.

Both end with the fan holding a ticket in your app and hearing from you the moment something changes. They differ in who sells the seat and who pays the fee.

Path 1

Connect what you already sell on

Keep the ticketing platform your fans know. We build the site and the app around it — pulling live inventory, pushing real-time updates, and owning the fan relationship the platform never gives you.

  • Live availability and pricing on your own pages, not a redirect
  • Fan accounts, notifications and history that are yours, whichever platform sold the seat
  • Presales, waitlists and announcements under your brand
  • One place for the fan; the platform stays behind the scenes

Best when the platform's reach matters more than its fees, or a contract runs for years yet.

Path 2

Own the booking end to end

A booking web application, iOS and Android apps, and a back office you control. No per-ticket fee to a middleman, no fan data held by someone else, no waiting on a platform to add the feature you need.

  • Seat maps, general admission, tables, passes and season packages
  • Checkout with cards, wallets and installment options
  • Real-time push to every phone the moment something changes
  • Scanning, entry, and reporting built for your doors, not a generic venue

Best when fees are eating the margin, or the fan relationship is the business.

The fan app

What the phone does for concert venues & music halls.

iOS and Android, built from one scope, with a back office your team runs from the office or from the floor. The first list is specific to your kind of event; the second is in every build.

  • General admission, reserved seating, tables and VIP tiers
  • Set-time and door-time updates pushed to ticket holders
  • Memberships and regulars' perks — presales, no fees, a held spot

  • Scanning at the door that works when the venue's Wi-Fi does not
  • In every build
  • Real-time push notifications — presales, gate times, delays, changes
  • Tickets in the app, on the wallet, and scannable offline
  • Live seat maps and availability, updated the moment a seat moves
  • Accounts that remember the fan: seats, history, favorites, payment
  • Transfer and resale under your rules and your fee
  • A back office for pricing, holds, comps, scanning and reports

Questions

Concert Venues & Music Halls, answered.

Yes. Each show is configured for direct sale or a connected platform. The fan sees one calendar and one app; where the ticket is sold is a setting per event.

Order-ahead and tab-to-seat can be added to the app. Most rooms start with ticketing and notifications and add bar features once the app has an audience.

No. The first path keeps it. We build the site and app to read its live inventory and sell through it, while the fan account, notifications and marketing become yours. Many clients start there and move to their own booking later, once the fan base is in the app.

Your team posts an update once — from the back office or a phone — and it reaches every fan who holds a ticket for that event within seconds, on iOS and Android, with a copy by email or text for anyone without the app. Updates can be scheduled, targeted by section or ticket type, and triggered automatically by events like a presale opening.

Card processing, hosting, and app store accounts in your name — that is the running cost. There is no per-ticket platform fee, which for most venues is the entire reason to do it. We show you the break-even against your current fees before you decide.

Yes. Owning the booking does not mean leaving the listings. Events can still be listed where fans discover them, with the purchase happening on your own system. Discovery and checkout are separate decisions.

A site connected to your existing platform is weeks. An owned booking web app is a few months; adding the iOS and Android apps runs alongside it. Every project is fixed-price and phased, so you can launch the web booking first and add the apps when the numbers say so.

Tell us how you sell tonight. We’ll show you both paths with numbers.

What you pay in fees now, what each path costs to build and run, and the monthly payment if you finance it. Usually within days, not weeks.
