When someone asks out loud,is your name the answer?
A voice assistant does not show ten options. It picks one business, reads the rating and offers to dial. It picks from your listings, and it skips the business whose listings argue with each other. This check shows you what Google, Siri and Alexa are reading about you, and where the records disagree.
One moment.
What gets checked
Five sources, about twenty checks. Not your rankings and not your ads: the plain facts an assistant needs before it will say your name.
Google Business Profile
What Google Assistant and Gemini read: phone, rating, review count, category and the website the profile points to.
Apple Maps
What Siri reads. We look for your place card and tell you when Apple may be working from a guess.
Yelp
A long-standing source for Alexa, and for ratings on Apple Maps. We look for the listing and its details.
Your website
Tap-to-call, the phone on the page, LocalBusiness and hours schema, FAQ markup, speed and whether your town is named.
Agreement
The check that decides most voice answers: does every record give the same phone and the same name?
Fix the disagreements first
A phone number that differs between Google and Yelp costs more than any missing feature. Make every record say the same thing, then improve them.
Claim what you have never claimed
Apple Business Connect, Yelp and Bing Places are free. An unclaimed listing is a listing someone else gets to edit.
Ask the assistants yourself
Once the records agree, ask Siri, Alexa and Google for what you do near you, from a phone in your service area. Then run this check again next month.
Want every assistant saying the right thing?
Tell us what the check found. We claim and correct the listings, fix the site, and test the assistants every month so you hear about drift before a customer does.

Frequently asked
The records voice assistants answer from. It looks up your Google Business Profile, searches for your Apple Maps and Yelp listings, reads your home page for the details assistants use to confirm a listing, and compares your phone number and name across all of them. You get a score for each assistant and a fix for every problem.
Each one reads a different record. Google's assistants read the Google Business Profile, Siri reads Apple Maps, and Alexa has long leaned on Yelp and other licensed data. Update one and forget the others, and two assistants keep repeating the old hours or the old number. The check shows you which record is out of step.
Not necessarily. Apple does not offer a public lookup, so we search for your Apple Maps page the way a search engine indexes it, and many real listings are not indexed. Treat it as a prompt to sign in to Apple Business Connect and confirm the listing is claimed, complete and matches your Google profile.
No, and nobody can promise that. Distance from the person asking, relevance and reviews all weigh in. What the score tells you is whether the assistants have accurate, consistent information to work with. Without that, you are not in the running at all; with it, you are competing on the things that should decide it.
Each check runs several paid searches on our side, so it is protected from bots: you verify an email once with a six-digit code and every tool on the site stays open for thirty days on that browser. We keep the email so we can follow up once about what the check found. We do not sell it.
After any change to your hours, phone number, address or name, and once a month otherwise. Listings drift: a directory scrapes an old number, a holiday closure never gets entered, someone suggests an edit that sticks. A monthly check catches it before a customer hears it from a speaker.
