Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This policy explains what DataCram(“we,” “us”) collects when you visit datacram.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@datacram.com and we’ll answer straight.

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact or audit form, or email or call us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business or project. We use it to reply and to do the work you asked about — nothing more.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we log basic technical data as you browse: pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics. This helps us understand what’s useful and keep the site fast and working.

Third-party visitor identification

We use a third-party visitor-identification service that may recognize visitors to our site and match them with business contact and marketing information — such as a name, email address, or postal address — drawn from that provider’s own third-party data sources. We use this information only to follow up with visitors about our services and for our own marketing.

We currently limit this identification to visitors we determine to be located in Texas. We do not use it to collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell the information to anyone. If you’d prefer we not identify you this way, email hello@datacram.com and we’ll remove your information and exclude you going forward.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google’s own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) will be honored where they apply to us.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, deliver and improve our services, operate and secure the site, understand our audience, and market our services to prospective clients. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, and the visitor-identification provider described above — and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Just email hello@datacram.com from the address in question and tell us what you’d like. Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights; we honor those that apply.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
