Divi Pricing (2026): Yearly, Lifetime, Pro and the Math Elegant Themes Leaves to You
Divi has the rare price list where every plan covers unlimited websites. So the choice is not how many sites but how many years, and whether you want the AI, cloud and support services Elegant Themes now sells on top of the builder.

The short answer
As of October 2026, Divi costs $89 a year or $249 once, each covering unlimited websites. Divi Pro adds Divi AI, Divi Cloud, VIP support and four Teams seats for $277 a year. Lifetime + Pro is $297 up front plus $212 a year for those services. Every purchase has a 30-day, no-questions refund.

Elegant Themes' four plans, side by side
We reloaded the Elegant Themes join page on October 6, 2026. The four prices match what our Divi review reported, and the page now lists a few Pro extras worth knowing about. There is no free version of Divi. The yearly plan is the entry ticket, and it buys more than the one theme.
| Price | Billing | Sites | Included | Not included | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Divi | $89 | Per year | Unlimited | Divi theme and builder, Extra, Bloom, Monarch, Divi Dash, 24/7 chat and email support | Divi AI, Cloud, VIP, Teams |
| Divi Lifetime | $249 | One payment | Unlimited | The whole theme and plugin suite, Divi Dash, lifetime updates and support | Divi AI, Cloud, VIP, Teams |
| Divi Pro | $277 | Per year | Unlimited | Everything in Divi, plus unlimited Divi AI generation, unlimited Divi Cloud storage, VIP support, four Teams seats, $60 a year of agent spend, 10% off marketplace purchases | Nothing on the list |
| Divi Lifetime + Pro | $297 up front, then $212 a year | One payment plus yearly services | Unlimited | Lifetime Divi and Divi Dash, plus the same Pro services billed yearly | Nothing on the list |
Two of those inclusions save real money for the right owner. Bloom handles email opt-in forms and Monarch handles social sharing, so a Divi site needs no separate plugin for either. The vendor also states plainly that you may build unlimited websites for clients on any plan, which removes the per-site license math that dominates ThemeForest themes. Our Avada pricing breakdown shows what that per-site math looks like.
The 30-day refund, and what stays when you stop paying
Elegant Themes offers no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of purchase. That is shorter than the 60 days Bricks gives, and it applies to every plan. Use the month: build a real page, a header in the Theme Builder and a product template if you sell online, then decide.
Canceling a yearly plan is gentler than most. Your account stays active for the rest of the year you paid for. After that you lose the members area, new themes, theme updates and technical support, but the vendor's FAQ says you may keep using the themes you already downloaded forever. A canceled Divi site keeps working. It just stops getting fixes, and Divi ships them often: the Divi 5 line reached 5.14.0 on September 28, 2026, while Divi 4 still received 4.27.9 on September 18.
- Pro services have no lifetime option. The FAQ says Divi AI, Divi Cloud, Divi VIP and Divi Teams are sold only as monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- You can trim Pro. The pricing page says you can cancel a service you do not use and reduce your Divi Pro price.
- Divi 5 costs nothing extra. The upgrade is opt-in through Enable Divi 5 Updates, and it comes with any active or lifetime plan.
- Lapsed keys break updates, not sites. If an update fails with a key error after a lapse, see Divi update failed: API key.
Lifetime pays for itself in month 34
The basic comparison is short. $249 divided by $89 is 2.8 years, so a Lifetime buyer is ahead of a yearly buyer partway through the third year. Pro is where the arithmetic gets interesting, because the Lifetime + Pro page shows "$297 today" and "$212 per year for Pro Services" without saying whether the first year of services is inside the $297. We show both readings. Check your checkout total, and ask Elegant Themes support, before you count on either one.
| After 1 year | After 3 years | After 5 years | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Divi yearly | $89 | $267 | $445 |
| Divi Lifetime | $249 | $249 | $249 |
| Divi Pro yearly | $277 | $831 | $1,385 |
| Lifetime + Pro, first service year included | $297 | $721 | $1,145 |
| Lifetime + Pro, first service year billed separately | $509 | $933 | $1,357 |
Under the friendlier reading, Lifetime + Pro beats Divi Pro from the second year. Under the stricter one, Divi Pro stays cheaper through year three and the lifetime version only edges ahead around year five. Either way, these figures assume today's prices hold, which no vendor promises. Plain Lifetime remains the best value on the page for anyone who will use Divi for more than three years and does not need the AI or cloud services.
Divi Pro's extra $188 a year: who gets their money back
Divi Pro costs $188 a year more than plain Divi. The vendor says the bundle saves 69%, or $611, against buying each service separately, but the join page does not list the separate prices, so we cannot check that figure. Judge Pro on whether you would use the services, not on the discount.
Worth it for a small studio
Four Teams seats, unlimited Divi Cloud storage and 30-minute VIP response times help a group that builds client sites every week.
Worth it for heavy AI users
Unlimited Divi AI generation for layouts, text, images and code, plus $60 a year toward Divi's AI agents, which launched on September 4, 2026.
Wasted on one business site
An owner editing one site a few times a month rarely needs cloud storage, team seats or half-hour support. Plain Divi or Lifetime covers it.
Marginal for marketplace shoppers
The 10% marketplace discount repays itself only if you buy a lot of third-party modules, which brings its own costs.
What a working Divi site costs in years one and three
Divi carries more of the load than a lightweight theme. The builder, the Theme Builder for headers and footers, a Contact Form module, WooCommerce modules for product, cart and checkout pages, Bloom and Monarch all come with the license. Divi's documented Performance options build CSS per page and load scripts on demand, but page caching, backups and security scanning come from elsewhere. Plugin prices below were checked on the makers' pages on October 6, 2026.
| Yearly path, year one | Yearly path, year three | Lifetime path, year one | Lifetime path, year three | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Divi license | $89 | $89 | $249 | $0 |
| WP Rocket Single (caching) | $59.95 | $59.95 | $59.95 | $59.95 |
| Forms, opt-ins, social sharing | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| SEO, backups, security plugins | Varies | Varies | Varies | Varies |
| Third-party Divi modules | Varies | Varies | Varies | Varies |
| Total listed | $148.95 | $148.95 | $308.95 | $59.95 |
Over three years the yearly path comes to $446.85 and the lifetime path to $428.85, before hosting, before module packs and before anyone's time. The caching line is optional if your host provides a server cache. The module line is the unpredictable one. Third-party modules not yet updated for Divi 5 run in a backward-compatibility mode that loads the Divi 4 framework, which the vendor says slows pages. Replacing such a module is a cost that arrives without warning. See Divi slow website and the Divi speed guide for how that plays out.
Paying Elegant Themes less without getting less
- Run the 30 days hard. The refund is no-questions-asked, so build the difficult page first, not the homepage.
- Decide on Lifetime before the second renewal. At $89 a year, the second renewal brings you to $267, already more than $249 once.
- Buy Pro for people, not features. Pro earns its keep with several builders sharing work. One owner rarely needs it.
- Cancel unused Pro services. The vendor lets you drop a service and lower the price.
- Audit module packs before Divi 5. Check each pack for Divi 5 support first, because paying for a module you will replace within a year is money spent twice.
- Keep the account in the business's name. Updates depend on the account and API key, and a departed freelancer's key leaves with them.
For an expert hand with the Divi 5 upgrade or a slow build, our Divi developers work on existing sites, and the Divi repair hub covers what breaks after updates, including layouts broken after an update.
The Divi budget, spent on a site with no builder at all
A Divi license is cheap. The builder underneath every page is what you keep paying for, in caching, in module compatibility and in the hours each update takes to check. A Next.js site removes that layer. There is no theme license and no module market. Pages are prerendered and served from a CDN, images are resized by next/image, and fonts are self-hosted by next/font. The trade-off is honest: the build costs more up front, and a developer makes layout changes.
Editors still get a friendly back end. Athena CMS, included with every site we build, offers plain fields, a real preview and every version kept. Its agents handle the chores: Apollo reads every page and says what to fix first, Argus flags slow pages and failing forms, and Picasso keeps every image described and sized. The long-run comparison is in WordPress vs Next.js cost, the price of the move in WordPress to Next.js migration cost, and the Divi-specific method in Divi to Next.js.
Divi remains a sound buy for designers running many sites on one license. To weigh it against rivals, see Avada vs Divi, Divi vs Elementor and Bricks vs Divi. To weigh it against leaving WordPress, read Divi vs Next.js, browse the WordPress themes hub, or ask for a free site audit.
Questions people ask before they call
As of October 2026, the Divi plan costs $89 a year and covers unlimited websites, with the Extra theme, Bloom, Monarch, Divi Dash and support included. Divi Pro, which adds Divi AI, Divi Cloud, VIP support and four Teams seats, costs $277 a year. Prices exclude any hosting or third-party plugins.
If you will use Divi for three years or more, yes. Lifetime is $249 once against $89 a year, so it costs less than yearly partway through year three. It does not include Divi AI, Cloud, VIP or Teams, which are sold only by subscription. For a one-off site you may replace soon, yearly plus the 30-day refund is the lower-risk start.
The site keeps working. Your account stays active until the paid year ends, then you lose updates, support, new themes and the members area. The vendor says you may keep using the themes you already downloaded forever. Without updates, though, the site slowly falls behind WordPress and PHP, so plan a renewal, a Lifetime purchase or a migration.
Yes. The pricing page promises no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of purchase. That applies across the plans. After 30 days there is no refund route stated on the page, so test the builder on a real project during the first month.
Yes. Every Divi plan covers unlimited websites, and Elegant Themes says you are free to build unlimited sites for clients. That is the biggest pricing difference from ThemeForest themes such as Avada, where each site needs its own license. For WooCommerce work, see Divi with WooCommerce.
