WoodMart, priced for a store
WoodMart Price in 2026: $69 Regular, $3,999 Extended, and the $813 Claim Checked
WoodMart's home page prices its own competition: twelve store features that, the vendor says, would cost $813 every year as separate plugins, against $69 once for the theme. The sum adds up. Whether it applies to your store is another matter. Here is every WoodMart license, the support math and the bill a real store pays in year one and year three.

The short answer
As of October 2026, WoodMart costs $69 for a Regular License or $3,999 for an Extended License on ThemeForest, each for one store. Both are one-time payments with lifetime updates and six months of support; 12 months costs $21.38 more at checkout. An ordinary WooCommerce store, where visitors browse for free, needs only the Regular License.

WoodMart's whole price list fits in four rows
xtemos sells WoodMart only on ThemeForest, so there are no tiers, no subscription and no lifetime upsell. On October 6, 2026 the listing showed version 8.6.4, updated that day, and 119,475 sales. Here is everything you can pay for.
| Price | Billing | Sites | Included | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Regular License | $69 | One time | 1 store, plus 1 development or staging copy | Theme, WoodMart Core, WPBakery Page Builder, Image Optimizer, lifetime updates, 6 months of support |
| Extended License | $3,999 | One time | 1 end product sold to end users | Same as Regular |
| Support to 12 months | $21.38 at checkout | One time | The same license | Six more months of xtemos support; the listing shows $49.88 crossed out |
| Updates after support ends | $0 | Not billed | The same license | The license FAQ says you keep using the theme and downloading updates |
The vendor's license FAQ is direct about the model: one-time purchase, no annual payment, and updates continue after support expires. Support renewal buys access to the helpdesk and nothing else. That makes WoodMart one of the few store themes where the theme line in year three can honestly read zero.
Twelve features, $813 a year: reading the vendor's sum
The woodmarttheme.com home page says that bought separately, these features cost "$813 every year," and that WoodMart builds them in for a one-time $69. The page assigns each feature a yearly figure. We list them as the vendor states them; we did not check each figure against a real plugin's price list.
| Vendor's yearly figure | Who actually needs it | |
|---|---|---|
| AJAX product filters | $89 | Catalogs big enough that shoppers narrow by size, color or price |
| Variation swatches | $99 | Apparel, furniture and anything sold in colors or finishes |
| Mega menu | $39 | Stores with many departments |
| Wishlist | $89 | Considered purchases where shoppers return later |
| AJAX live search | $49 | Large catalogs; small ones do fine with standard search |
| Product quick view | $59 | Optional on desktop; less useful on phones |
| Product compare | $49 | Electronics and specification-heavy products |
| Frequently bought together | $79 | Stores with natural add-ons |
| Abandoned cart recovery | $60 | Most stores with real traffic |
| Back-in-stock alerts | $83 | Stores that sell out and restock |
| Size guides | $39 | Apparel and footwear |
| Free gifts | $79 | Stores that run promotions |
The twelve figures do total $813. The number is a fair ceiling and a poor estimate. A typical shop needs four or five of these, not twelve, and some plugin makers sell several together. The saving is real for a fashion or furniture store that would otherwise buy filters, swatches, a wishlist and cart recovery. It is close to nothing for a ten-product store. And there is a cost the sum leaves out: features built into a theme leave with the theme. If the store ever moves, those jobs need new plugins or new code, which the WoodMart to Next.js guide counts honestly.
Owning the features also means not doubling them. The vendor's compatibility policy warns against plugins that replace or modify its filters, and against running a second swatch or wishlist system. Each built-in's settings are covered in the WoodMart WooCommerce guide.
The $3,999 license almost no store needs
WoodMart's Extended License is the most expensive of any theme we track, and it is the easiest $3,930 to save. Envato licenses by end product. A Regular License covers one that end users do not pay to access; Extended covers one that is sold. Envato's license FAQ addresses shops directly: a web store is commercial, but as long as people can reach the site without paying, a Regular License is enough. Selling products through the store is not selling the store.
- One store, one Regular License. Every additional live store is another $69.
- Staging is included. The license FAQ allows the same purchase code on one production site and one development or staging copy of it; tick Development domain on the Theme license page when you activate the copy.
- Moving domains is free. Deactivate under Dashboard > WoodMart > Theme license, then activate on the new domain. Lost the old site? Remove it from your XTemos account.
- Extended is for a sold end product. For example, a site people pay to enter, or a product you sell to many buyers. If your model is unusual, ask Envato in writing before paying $3,999.
Refunds follow Envato's rules: none for a change of mind; possible when the theme is broken or misdescribed beyond repair, has an unpatched vulnerability, comes without promised support, or was never downloaded within 30 days. Test the live demo for your builder before you pay, because the purchase is effectively final.
What $21.38 of extra support covers, and the server costs it does not
Six months of support come with the license, and six more cost $21.38 if added at checkout. Envato's help center says an extension bought later, before support ends, costs more, and a renewal after it lapses costs the most. Envato's support policy covers questions about using the item, bugs and security updates. It does not cover installation, customization, or hosting and server problems.
That exclusion matters more for WoodMart than for most themes, because WoodMart's best-known failures are server failures. The vendor's own 500-error guide points at server limits (our 500 internal server error fix covers the general case), and it recommends PHP 8.3 or newer, a 256M memory limit, max_execution_time of 180 and max_input_vars of 10000. PHP's default max_input_vars is 1000. If your hosting plan cannot meet those figures, the real price of WoodMart includes a hosting upgrade, and that is a cost no support extension will cover.
One WoodMart store, priced at year one and year three
The builder you pick in the setup wizard sets most of the bill. WPBakery comes with the theme; the block editor is free; Elementor Pro is a yearly license. We verified two plugin prices on the vendors' sites on October 6, 2026: Elementor Pro Essential at $60 a year for one site and WP Rocket Single at $59.95 a year. The vendor says WoodMart stores reach 90+ PageSpeed scores without a separate optimization plugin, so treat the caching line as optional until you have measured.
| Block editor or WPBakery | Elementor Pro path | Note | |
|---|---|---|---|
| WoodMart Regular License | $69 once | $69 once | No renewal |
| Support to 12 months | $21.38 once | $21.38 once | Optional, cheapest at checkout |
| Elementor Pro Essential | $0 | $60 a year | Only if you choose Elementor |
| WP Rocket Single, if your host lacks page caching | $59.95 a year | $59.95 a year | Optional |
| Verified total, year one | $90.38 to $150.33 | $150.38 to $210.33 | Lower figure without WP Rocket |
| Verified total, year three | $0 to $59.95 | $60 to $119.95 | The theme costs nothing |
| Hosting that meets the PHP limits | Your host's plan | Your host's plan | Often the largest line |
| Subscriptions, bookings, shipping, tax extensions | Varies by need | Varies by need | WoodMart does not replace these |
Three things the table shows. The theme is the cheapest part of the stack after year one. The builder choice can cost more over three years than WoodMart itself: $180 for Elementor Pro Essential against $69 for the theme. And the free builders have their own price, paid later: WPBakery stores layouts as shortcodes, which is the hardest content to move. If that builder already gives trouble, WPBakery not working is the place to start.
Where WoodMart owners leak money
- Buying Extended for a shop. Envato's FAQ says a free-to-browse store needs Regular. That is $3,930 kept.
- Buying a second license for staging. One production site and one development copy share a purchase code.
- Buying plugins WoodMart already has. A paid wishlist or filter plugin duplicates a built-in and invites the conflicts the vendor warns about.
- Paying for Elementor Pro out of habit. If the team will edit in the block editor, the builder line drops to zero.
- Extending support after it lapses. If you want a year of help, add it at checkout.
- Optimizing on top of optimizing. The vendor's docs advise one lazy-loading system, not two; a second optimization plugin can cost money and speed.
Store-side faults that turn into lost orders are in WoodMart WooCommerce issues, styling that will not change is in WoodMart CSS not updating, and everything else is in the WoodMart repair hub. When the store outgrows the shelf
WoodMart is a good deal for the store it was built for: a catalog that sells on filters and swatches, run by people who want to restyle pages themselves. It stops being a deal when the store's money comes from things no theme ships: wholesale tiers, quotes, subscriptions with custom rules, or an inventory system that has to stay in sync. Then the cost is not $69. It is the hosting needed to carry a heavy stack and the hours spent keeping theme, WoodMart Core, a builder and WooCommerce in agreement.
A custom Next.js storefront costs more to build, and layout changes need a developer. What it removes is the stack: product pages are prerendered and served from a CDN, and every dependency is tested before deploy. Every site we build runs on Athena CMS, with built-in e-commerce, plain fields, a real preview and every version kept, and agents such as Demeter drafting seasonal offers and Echo handling reviews. WoodMart vs Next.js sets out the trade, and WordPress vs Next.js cost compares the running costs.

Questions people ask before they call
As of October 2026, WoodMart costs $69 for a Regular License or $3,999 for an Extended License on ThemeForest. Both are one-time payments for one store with lifetime updates and six months of support. Extending support to 12 months costs $21.38 at checkout. There is no yearly fee for the theme itself.
It is the vendor's figure. The woodmarttheme.com home page lists twelve features with a yearly price for each, and those prices do add up to $813. We did not check each against a real plugin. The saving only applies if your store would otherwise buy most of those twelve features as separate plugins.
Usually not. Envato's license FAQ says a web store is commercial, but a Regular License is enough as long as visitors can access the site without paying. The $3,999 Extended License is for an end product that is itself sold to end users. Ask Envato in writing if your model is unusual.
Yes. The vendor's license FAQ allows one purchase code on one production website and one development or staging copy of that same website. Tick Development domain on the Theme license page when you activate the copy. A second live store needs its own license.
The theme keeps working and keeps updating. The vendor's license FAQ says you can continue using WoodMart and downloading updates after support ends. You lose access to the helpdesk until you renew, and Envato prices renewals after expiry higher than extensions bought at checkout.
