“Water in the hallway on a Sunday night. I called first thing Monday and the tarp was on by nine. The repair matched better than I expected, and the invoice matched the estimate exactly.”

“We went back and forth on metal for a year. They ran the numbers both ways and did not push. A storm came through a month after the install and it was quieter than the old roof. The project lead still answers texts.”

“Fair price and a neat crew. The shingle match on our repair is close but not perfect, which they warned me about up front. I would rather be told.”

    Robert A.Cibolo · Roof repair

“The inspector spent more time in my attic than on my roof, and that is where the problem was. Nobody else had looked up there.”

    Tom H.Boerne · Roof replacement
  • Angi

“We manage the building, so the roof is our problem and the tenants' business. They gave every tenant a written schedule a week out and never blocked a dock. That is rarer than it should be.”

Linda R.Schertz · Flat and TPO commercial roofing
  • Nextdoor

“Three roofers came out after the April hail. Two told me I needed a new roof before they had been on a ladder. This crew sent forty photos and an estimate with every line spelled out. The adjuster agreed with most of it. The roof went on in two days.”

  • BBBBBB

“First house, three days left in the option period. They came out the next morning. The report found a cracked pipe boot and soft decking by the chimney, and we negotiated the repair into the price.”

Jen K.Leon Valley · Roof inspection
  • Google

“Good work and honest advice. They repaired our tile instead of selling us a new roof. One star off because rain pushed the schedule back a week, though they called every time it moved.”

How we ask

After every job, the crew lead sends one text with links to the places people leave reviews. One text. No reminders, no gift cards, no request for five stars. If something went wrong, we would rather hear it first, and the text says so, with the owner's cell number.

Why the four-star reviews stay up

A wall of perfect scores tells you nothing. A four-star review that says rain pushed the schedule back a week, and that we called every time it moved, tells you exactly what working with us is like when things do not go to plan. Those are the reviews worth reading.

On a real site

This is a demonstration, so the reviews here were written for it and the platform marks are illustrations. A live site pulls verified reviews from each platform automatically, with the original dates and the business's replies. Read the replies. How a company answers a complaint says more than how it accepts a compliment.

Free inspection

Not ready to pick a time?

Two taps and a phone number. A person calls you within one business day to set it up.

  1. Step 1 of 3
  2. Step 2 of 3
  3. Step 3 of 3
What is the roof doing?

One tap. We will ask one more thing.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

Still wondering?

Rooster, our assistant, answers roof and storm questions at any hour and can book the inspection.

Are these reviews real?

No. Rooster Roofing is fictional, so the reviews were written for this demonstration. A live site pulls verified reviews from Google and the other platforms automatically.

Do you pay or reward people for reviews?

No. No discounts, gift cards or drawings. One text with the links, and that is the end of it.

Do you answer negative reviews?

Every one, in public, within a few days, with what we did about it. Then we call the customer, which matters more than the reply.

Where should I leave a review?

Wherever you read reviews yourself. Neighbors find roofers on Google and Nextdoor; others check Yelp or the BBB. One honest review anywhere beats five prompted ones.
