How it works
Price first. Payments second.

Inspection
Free. Photos of every slope and a written report within a business day.

A written price
Itemized, good for 30 days. This is the number you would finance, and it does not change if you do.

Ten minutes with the lender
Apply online if you want to spread the cost. The lender sets the terms, after a credit check.

The install
Same crew, same warranty, same price as a cash job. You pay the lender, monthly.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Terms, rates and eligibility are set by the lender. Rooster Roofing is a fictional company and arranges no credit; this page demonstrates how a roofer’s financing page can work.
How financing works here
You get the inspection and the itemized estimate first. Then, if you want to spread the cost, you apply with the lender we work with. It takes about ten minutes. The lender decides the terms, not us, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Worth knowing before you sign
- Read the rate after the promotion. A low introductory rate that jumps later is still a loan. Ask what the payment becomes in month thirteen.
- Ask about paying early. If an insurance check arrives later, you may want to pay the loan down. Make sure you can, without a penalty.
- A loan does not change the claim. Your insurer pays what your policy covers. Financing can cover your deductible or an upgrade. It cannot make the insurer pay more.
- Compare it with your bank. A home equity line may cost less. We will happily lose that argument.
Insurance and financing together
Plenty of homeowners use both. The insurer covers the storm damage, minus the deductible. Financing covers the deductible, an upgrade to metal or an impact-rated shingle, or the decking a policy will not pay for. Your estimate puts each piece on its own line, so you can see which dollars come from where.

Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
Still wondering?
Rooster, our assistant, answers roof and storm questions at any hour and can book the inspection.
Will checking my options hurt my credit?
Many lenders start with a soft inquiry that does not affect your score, and run a full check only when you accept an offer. The lender's application says which it uses before you submit anything.
Can I finance a repair, or only a replacement?
Lenders usually set a minimum project size, often around $2,500. Most repairs fall below it and are simpler to pay outright. Ask, and we will tell you where your estimate lands.
Do you offer zero percent financing?
Lenders sometimes run promotional terms. Read what happens when the promotion ends; that is where the cost lives. We will walk you through any offer line by line.
Can I finance my insurance deductible?
Yes. The deductible is yours to pay, and you can borrow to pay it. What no Texas roofer may do is waive it, cover it or hide it in the price.
Can I pay the loan off early?
Many home improvement loans allow it without a penalty, but confirm in the lender's terms before you sign. It matters if an insurance payment arrives after the work is done.
Does financing change your price?
No. The estimate is the same whether you pay cash, use insurance or finance. If a roofer quotes one number for cash and a higher one for financing, ask why.

Get the price first. Then decide how to pay it.
The inspection is free and the estimate holds for 30 days. Financing can wait until you know exactly what you would be financing.
