Tell us what is going on.
Three short steps, about two minutes. We will look at the whole roof, not just the part you called about, and tell you what we find.
Water coming through a ceiling? Skip the form and call (210) 346-0848.

- Step 3: How to reach you
What happens after you reach out
A person reads your request within one business day, sooner in storm season. If you booked online, you already have a time and a confirmation text. If you sent the form, we call to set one. If water is coming through a ceiling, skip all of it and call.
What to have handy
Nothing is required. If you have them, these help: the roof's rough age, a few photos from the ground, your claim number if you already filed, and the gate code. Dogs are welcome to supervise from inside.
After hours
The office answers Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Sundays someone is on call for leaks and storm damage. At any hour, Rooster the assistant can book an inspection, answer questions and take a message marked urgent. Active leaks get a call back the same day whenever the weather allows a crew on a roof.
A note on this demonstration
Rooster Roofing is fictional. The phone number, the form and the booking calendar on this site reach DataCram, the San Antonio web company that built it. Nobody will be sent to your roof. If you run a roofing company and want a site that answers the phone this well, that call is the one we are hoping for.
Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
Still wondering?
Rooster, our assistant, answers roof and storm questions at any hour and can book the inspection.
How fast will someone call me back?
Within one business day, usually the same afternoon. Requests marked urgent are called first.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Every booking text can be answered, and the office works from the same thread. On this demonstration site, texts and calls reach DataCram.
Where is your office?
This company is fictional, so there is no office to visit and no address listed, on purpose. A real roofer's site would put it here, with directions and parking.
Do you work weekends?
Saturdays, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., same as weekdays. Sundays someone is on call for leaks and emergency tarps when the weather allows. Installs run Monday through Saturday, so your neighbors get their Sundays.
What should I do if water is coming in right now?
Move what you can, put a bucket under the drip, and if the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole at the low point so the water drains in one place. Then call.

Prefer to just pick a time?
The live calendar shows real two-hour windows. It takes about a minute, and you can change the time by text.
