Booking
Book in a minute. Then we text.
No phone tag, no four-hour window, no mystery truck in the driveway. Here is exactly what happens after you pick a time.
- Pick a two-hour windowReal openings on the live calendar. About a minute, no account, no card.
- Meet your inspector by textThe day before, a text with his name, so you know who is ringing the bell.
- Know when he is closeAn on-the-way text with an arrival time. Then a report you keep, either way.
What you are booking
A free roof inspection, unless you choose otherwise. A person walks every slope, checks the flashing, pipe boots and vents, looks in the attic if you let us, and photographs all of it. You get a written report within one business day.
What it costs
Nothing. If the roof needs work, the report includes an itemized price, good for 30 days. If it needs nothing, the report says that, and the visit still cost nothing.
Changing your time
Reply to any text to move or cancel. No fee, no guilt, no follow-up calls asking why. Weather moves our schedule too; when it does, we text you before you notice.
What happens next
The day before, you get a text with your inspector's name and photo. On the day, another when he leaves the last job, with an arrival time. After the visit, the report arrives by email: photos of every slope, a plain summary, and one of three conclusions. It is fine. It needs a repair, and here is the price. Or it is near the end, and here is roughly how long you have.

Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
Still wondering?
Rooster, our assistant, answers roof and storm questions at any hour and can book the inspection.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the roof. If you want us in the attic, someone over 18 needs to let us in. Many people meet the inspector for the last ten minutes to see the photos.
How long does the inspection take?
About an hour for most homes, longer for steep or tile roofs or if we go into the attic.
What if it rains on my day?
Wet roofs are slick and hide damage, so we move you to the next dry window and text you first. You do not have to rebook.
Can I book an inspection for a house I am buying?
Yes. Tell us your option deadline in the notes, and get the seller's permission for access. We work to the deadline.
Where does my booking go?
This is a demonstration site. Bookings and requests reach DataCram, the web company that built it, and no roofer will be sent to your address.

Rather talk it through first?
Call during office hours or ask Rooster, the assistant, any time. Either can book the same windows you see on the calendar.
