How onboarding works
From a first call to a long relationship, in general terms.
The fund’s offering documents govern every step. This outline describes the usual sequence, not any terms.
- 1
An introductory call
A 30-minute conversation with investor relations about your organization and what you are looking for. Book it through Kairos at any hour, for a time Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
- 2
Eligibility
Fund interests are offered only privately, to eligible investors. Investor relations explains the eligibility requirements and confirms them before any documents are shared.
- 3
Offering documents and diligence
Eligible investors receive the fund's offering documents, which govern everything. Diligence typically covers the investment process, risk, operations and compliance.
- 4
Ongoing relationship
Current investors receive reporting through the secure investor portal and keep a named contact in investor relations.

Book an introductory call
A 30-minute call with the investor relations team, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. Kairos, an AI assistant, shows the open times and books the call; it asks only for your name, email, organization and investor type (phone optional).
Kairos cannot discuss performance, fees or fund terms, and does not give investment advice. Demonstration site: bookings go to DataCram as demo leads.
Current investors
Reporting and documents live in the secure portal.
Current investors sign in to the investor portal for statements, reports and notices. On this demonstration site, the login opens a notice instead.
There is no real portal. Nothing is asked for and nothing is sent.
Important information
Please read before you go further.
DataCram Capital is a fictional firm on a demonstration website. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or fund interest, and nothing here is investment advice.
Any offer of interests in a fund would be made only to eligible investors, privately, by means of that fund’s offering documents, and only in jurisdictions where it is lawful. The offering documents would govern in every respect. This site describes no fund terms, fees, returns or results, and none should be inferred.
The ticker, chart and table on this site show synthetic data generated in your browser for illustration. They are not market quotes and do not describe any real or hypothetical portfolio. Research notes are general education written for this demonstration, not recommendations.
Eligibility to invest in a private fund depends on the investor’s status under the laws that apply to them. Investor relations explains the requirements on a call; this site does not determine eligibility and cannot.
DataCram Capital is not registered with, approved by or supervised by any regulator, because it does not exist. Any resemblance to a real firm is unintended.
